The weather here in NE TN has been about 10 degrees above normal making it really hard to do my housework! I am headed to a new friend's house to gather some of the plants she no longer wants in her yard. Yeah!

I have been working through "Cathedral Window Quilts" by Lynne Edwards. There are a couple of seams sewn on the machine but the rest is handwork. It is really fun to pick out the little piece that goes in the window. My chicken fabric has been on my cutting table so it gets first glance. I will be teaching this technique at TN Quilts Saturday, April 28th. I am thinking it will be a three hour class, 9:30 - 12:30 since people like to get outside in the afternoon and have trouble committing a whole day to a class.

  1. Susan, that's beautiful. You're making me wish I were a quilter. But I must stick with the needlepoint. There's just too much I still need to learn there!
